Ms. Wynn joined the firm of Brown and Brown Attorneys at Law, P.A. in 1999. Her prior work experience is inclusive of Retail Management and Educating special need students in the private sector. She earned a B. A. in English from Florida A&M University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, in 1998. Ms. Wynn is a paralegal and assists the attorneys with investigating, settling and trial of Personal Injury and Wrongful Death claims.

Tyra Mason

Tyra R. Mason, Paralegal

Master of Science in Legal Administration (MSLA) – University of Denver Sturm College of Law

Ms. Mason joined the firm in July 2011. Her prior work experience includes working in Human Resources and as the pre-law advisor at Florida A&M University; and experience at the Florida Parole Commission, Florida Department of Education, and the Florida Department of Insurance. She earned an B.S. in Criminal Justice from Florida A&M University and continued her education later earning a Master’s of Applied Social Sciences in Political Science. Ms. Mason is currently enrolled in the Master of Science in Legal Administration program at the University of Denver. Ms. Mason assists the attorneys with investigating and settling claims in the firm’s various practice areas.

Mary Brown

Mary Brown Silva, Legal Assistant

Juris Doctorate - University of Florida Law School

Mary Brown Silva, a native of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, joined the firm in January 2002. Mary received her undergraduate degree, a B.S. in Social Science with minors in Business and Sociology in 1993 and a Masters in Public Administration with a Court Justice Concentration in 1995 from Troy State University, the Florida Region. She received her J.D. (Juris Doctorate/Law Degree) from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida in December, 1998. Mrs. Silva’s prior work experience includes Retail Sales Management; Substitute Teaching in Alachua County, Florida; and working for the State Department of Juvenile Justice with the Children In Need of Services / Families In Need of Services (CINS/FINS) project. She handles Paralegal duties at Brown and Brown Attorneys at Law, P.A. as well as functioning in the capacity of the firm’s Administrator.
